Historic Flight Foundation

 The Historic Flight Foundation (HFF) is located on Paine Field, in Seattle, WA.  It offers a journey into the energy, hard work, and passion that fueled aviation from 1927 through 1957. Most, if not all, of its collection are flyable and are routinely displayed at many flying events. During my visit the Foundation's P-51B "Impatient Virgin" / "Evio" was going through winter maintenance. In 2019 the HFF opened a second, much larger, base at historic Spokane Felts Field.  These photos were taken at the Paine Field base before the B-25 and DC-3 were move to Felts Field.
