The North Carolina Aviation Museum and Hall of Fame (NCAMHOF) at the Asheboro Regional Airport (KHBI), Asheboro, NC, hosts its annual Fly-in during the early part of June.  2012 was my first opportunity to attend this fly-in.  It was at this fly-in that I was given the opportunity to fly my first dedicated air-2-air photo sortie.  The photo aircraft was a North American Aviation SNJ-6 flown by Jim Zazas.  Aircraft photographed during the air-2-air were Pilatus P3s - Swiss built military trainers - flown by Jerry Jeffers and Norbert Steinwedel.  The coup d état of the sortie was photographing the F4U-4 Corsair "Korean War Hero" flown by Jim Tobul.
